In 1976, Morpheus from the area around Warburg in eastern Westphalia
released their only LP "Rabenteuer" with a circulation of 500 copies
without the help of a record company. Particularly remarkable is the
cover artwork. In 1998, Garden of Delights published the LP again on CD,
adding the 20-minute bonus track "Morpheus jam". After 26 years, the
musicians came together again - except for drummer Alfred Franke, who
lives too far away - to record "For a second". The music is still
characterised by the same relaxed but vivid jazz-rock as in
"Rabenteuer", a bit in the mood of Gong or early Kraan. This might not
be to everyone’s taste, but the musicians around guitar teacher Gerold
Adler are certainly masters of their craft. They might still be seen
live, for example at the well-known festival at Burg Herzberg on Friday,
 19 July 2002. GOD
