Philip Catherine - the Süddeutsche Zeitung wrote about him that he "plays things that you can't hear from any other guitarist in the world at the moment". His partner on bass, Martin Wind, is one of the few Germans who have made it in New York. Both of them are true aesthetes who love melodic jazz with swing roots. Cultivated and confident, they make tradition their own. Completely trusting each other, they search for the right sound for every single note and bring sound and space into harmony. A meeting of generations in harmony and respect. ACT
